Welcome to the Louisiana Good Roads and Transportation Association Website.
 The Louisiana good Roads and Transportation Association is comprised of current and former Louisiana transportation leaders who have a passion for Louisiana and whose mission is to promote the development of the Louisiana's transportation system.
Louisiana Good Roads works with Federal, State and Local officials in an attempt to develop a first class transportation system.
Currently LGRTA has over 700 members. Membership is open to any person, business, partnership, association or corporation interested in promoting the development of an adequate and properly financed highway and road system for the State of Louisiana.
The transporation interests include roads, airport, water and transit.
A quarterly Newsletter keeps the members up on issues relating to the transportation system.
Monthly meetings of the Goals and Objectives Committee with officails provide a forum for discussing items of transportation interest.
